At Las Vegas Overlanding Co., we want you to be fully equipped for your next adventure. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
